1. Seller and product

PipeCut is sold by Sergey S. Osipov, a self-employed taxpayer, TIN 450144059181, Moscow, Russia. Contact: sergey-osipovas@yandex.ru.

By purchasing, activating or using PipeCut, you accept these Terms and the End User License Agreement.

2. What you buy

You purchase a license to access and use the PipeCut application. PipeCut is a software tool and interface for working with third-party AI/API providers. We do not sell AI generations, API credits, compute resources or services operated by third-party providers.

3. Third-party AI/API providers

fal.ai, OpenAI, Google, Kling and other model or API providers are independent third parties. Their availability, pricing, speed, limits, regional access, rules and technical operation are controlled by those providers.

Availability of third-party services may depend on your region, network settings, provider policies and other technical or legal factors. PipeCut does not guarantee that any third-party service will be available in every country, network or jurisdiction.

4. Payment

Payments may be processed through Robokassa or another payment provider. Payment card data is handled by the relevant payment provider; we do not store full card numbers or CVC/CVV codes.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Activated digital licenses may be non-refundable unless access was not provided due to our fault or the application cannot be used because of a confirmed issue on our side.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
