Refund Policy

1. Digital license

You purchase a digital license to use PipeCut. You do not purchase AI generations, third-party API credits or compute resources from us.

2. Refund eligibility

A refund may be available if the license has not been activated and access has not been provided, or if access was not provided due to our fault.

Once a license key has been delivered, activated or access has been provided, refunds may be refused unless PipeCut cannot be used due to a confirmed issue on our side.

3. Third-party providers

Problems, restrictions or outages of fal.ai, OpenAI, Google, Kling or other third-party providers are not a refund ground for the PipeCut license.
