End User License Agreement

1. License grant

Subject to payment and compliance with this EULA, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PipeCut within the purchased plan, term and device limits.

2. Restrictions

• do not resell, rent, transfer or publish your license key;
• do not bypass licensing, activation or technical protection mechanisms;
• do not decompile, modify or redistribute PipeCut unless permitted by law;
• do not use PipeCut to violate laws, third-party rights or provider rules.

3. Third-party services

PipeCut may interact with third-party AI/API providers. You are responsible for your accounts, keys, balances, network access and compliance with their terms.

4. Updates

We may provide updates, fixes and functional changes. Access may be suspended if you abuse the service, share keys or violate this EULA.
